St. Michael & All Angels - Penkridge

Saint Michael & All Angels Church - Penkridge - Staffordshire.jpg

Saint Michael & All Angels Church – Church Road, Penkridge, Stafford ST19 5AL.

St Michaels & All Angels Parish Church sits in the centre of Penkridge Village in Staffordshire and can be seen from almost every approach, especially when floodlit in the evening.

This beautiful parish church is in a super location and is a popular choice for many couples getting married in Staffordshire.

Here is a small selection of photographs from Kiri & Andrew’s September wedding for you to take a look through……

St. Michael and All Angels Church dates from the 13th century, and also has decorated and late Perpendicular features. It was a Royal Collegiate Church, but the collegiate buildings were destroyed in the 16th century.

As you leave the main high street, your view is dominated by the large clock tower of the prominent medieval church. Outside, there is plenty of space to capture the bridal party arriving in the wedding cars. As well as ample parking on the nearby road for your wedding guests.

Up a short path through the church grounds, the wedding party are led to the main church doors. Inside this stunning church, you are greeted by many large stained-glass windows, which are not only incredibly beautiful but also let in floods of natural light.

After the wedding ceremony, there is adequate green space – with mature trees and shrubs providing a natural back drop in order to capture those all-important traditional family photographs!

If you are planning your wedding at Saint Michael & All Angels Church, please get in touch and I would be delighted to discuss your wedding plans.
